Update, I ended up cancelling because it seems like pre-tsa buy itself would have been better. Waited in line for 30 minutes and watch all pre tsa go through quick. Sign up was horrible in a busy small air port in Austin. Just gonna do the pre-tsa. Deceptive. After you sign up for the free trail, it doesn't give you the option to pay by the month, just offers you discount price of $159. If I would have know if I could have paid by the month I would have never paid for the entire year.

Had to download the app to update my phone number instead of just being able to do it on my laptop. This app also sucks at verification. It has failed me every single time I've tried to use it for the LinkedIn verification. Horrible service, and I hate that LinkedIn uses this for their verification. So unbelievably frustrating, and I see no benefit to CLEAR.

It takes longer to go through a Clear kiosk than the regular security line. It doesn't serve the purpose of streamlining and swift security check in. It always needs to update the system EVERYTIME me and my family go through it. The people at the kiosk makes everything slower. TSA pre / Global Entry has a faster and more efficient system than Clear. Unless they upgrade and improve their system, I will not renew my membership anymore. It's a Clear waste of money.
