This Oticon app connects quickly with my iPhone and makes it possible for me to diagnose the causes for the unlinking and connect quickly. But also very accurately determines the state of charge of my hearing aids and, in trial experiment helps me locate hearing aids that I lost! This latter feature is extremely important as I have witnessed associate who have lost their hearing aids that accidentally fell out of their pocket and somehow vanished across a crowded workplace. I did not want that to happen to me. Thanks so much for that feature!

You really need to find a fix for this problem. Since the new app my phone keeps disconnecting from the app. Over and over again. I need to restart my phone to reconnect to aids which when receiving a call means I need to disconnect my call. I complained many times when the new app came out but nothing has changed. I have seen only 1 app update in that time although you say you are always updating the app. I have complained to the VA about this many times and they say you will be updating soon . This is nothing new to them. I a due new aids in a few months from them and will not be getting Oticon because of the connection issues. Was told many of my fellow veterans are doing the same. It would behove you to find a fix sooner rather than later. This was my second set of Oticons it’s a shame to need to change brands for this connection issue. Please try to fix. Thank You

It takes time to adjust to them. The sound qualities aren’t what I expected. While I can definitely hear better, what I am hearing has not been as I expected. I assumed they would restore my hearing to what it was sometime ago. What they actually do is provide volume without the natural sounds I expected. What I hear now is definitely an improvement over poor hearing. It seems the trade off is the experience of hearing things through a PA system. The high notes are too high/too hot. I’m going in shortly for an adjustment. They can adjust the sound of high notes. I’ll update this review afterward.
