Overall, it's a great app. Easy to use and place to go or in store orders. I have an Android mobile phone. However, it needs a tip option for in store purchases. A simple option to select a tip for $1, $2, $3, or $other at the bottom of the QR code payment screen would be great. I have also been unable to find any option for tipping after a payment has been made in store using the app. Even though Google searches act like I should have it, I don't. Fix this, and I'll update to five stars.

I like the concept, but hate the reloading feature. If I want a $7 drink, but have $5 on the app, it forces me to load $10 more from my bank when I only need $2. I don't want to give more money than necessary to SB. Additionally, various stores haven't been able to scan the barcode successfully, so I haven't been getting all the stars. For some reason, the app hasn't given me any stars at all in the past month, even if the store could scan it, and SB refuses to remedy that.

App functions ok. But they rarely have offers anymore. They falsely advertise that they do have offers, but they are really just ads/promotions of products (which don't even align to my historical purchases) with no incentive to purchase or try. And it's pretty impossible to earn meaningful amounts of stars anymore. So...no real purpose to the app except as a way to receive forced Starbucks ads. Big time turnoff. I'll probably end up deleting it if they don't make changes soon.
