They blocked my account without sending an email saying a transaction didn't get through. It's been a week since I called support and my account is still blocked. They are a decent option WHEN their systems actually work. I shouldn't be punished for lack of communication on their part.

I've changed phones and still dont have the app working on the new phone. The updated version with facial recognition is terrible, i can't find an option not to use it. I went through the whole process to have the old phone removed, new phone added and there are no follow up email from the bank
