When it comes to working as a VPN, I have no complaints but as an app the functionality is absolutely unacceptable. I started a free trial with it as I was testing out the app but when I got into the app, it asked me to subscribe AGAIN to access the premium features I wanted to try out. Thinking it was just a bug, I restarted my phone but it still failed and demanded that I resubscribe. I tried subscribing again but Apple thankfully informed me that I was already subscribed and prevented me from actually paying money this time just to access my own subscription features. I thought, maybe if I downgrade to the monthly plan it’d work but it wanted to charge me ACTUAL money to downgrade despite the downgrade costing less than the plan I was already on. Throughout all of this, it worked as a VPN and though the VPN crashed whenever A call came in through services such as WhatsApp I have no complains on that side as it does work as a VPN but my goodness. The amount of ads I am shown despite being a premium customer…and to top it off, there is no indication on who to go to if you encounter such problems. Do you go to Apple? Do you go to the developer? How do you even contact the developer? Nothing within the app itself to provide easy access to a new customer. I ended up canceling the subscription and thank God I found how to do so while messing around in the AppStore because the app itself gave me no option to cancel as it still, even days later, thinks I wasn’t subscribed despite getting ready to charge me for a service I had yet to receive.

La uso para la escuela que bloquea sitios de internet , es fácil de conectar y además no es como las demás apps que te intenses con muchos anuncios, claro tiene auncios pero no demasiados, me agrada mucho de que no te pide ni un pago para poder usarla
