Compare this experience to Delta app and it's night and day. The stability and performance are terrible. Constant errors when trying to change seats. Checked Reddit the particular error code has been going on for years. Frustrating to not have access to make changes, chat bot is terrible, phone wants go charge you $25 even though there's an app error. The experience before the flight matters, but JetBlue doesn't seem to prioritize it.

Terrible app! I was trying to book a round trip flight and when it asks from where to where and back, it can't locate ANY airports, even though I've confirmed through another website the flights are coming to and from those specific airports! I can't even get my points through them. Hire someone good to fix this app because it's by far the worst one I've seen so far

There was a recent update. Now, I go to the book tab to book a flight....makes sense...but after entering the flight details, dates, passengers, locations....it sends me to a screen that says "best fair finder" and I have to enter all the details over again...best part...when I hit "search" it never works...it says "oops". I've looked for more updates, cleared app cache, reset phone...nothing works
