I downloaded the app because I was very impressed by some website features (calendar view, specials listed by price etc) only to find the app has NONE of these features. it's awkward, lumpy, difficult to navigate and not a patch on the home page, so I am going to delete and go back to the browser version until such time as I might need a boarding pass..

Was often buggy and now, upon viewing boarding pass, the QR code is cut off on the bottom and useless. I called customer service to ask about it, and really quickly and the first thing out of the reps mouth is "I've never heard of that before". I think that's a bit suspect, and they know that they have a poor app. Put a few bucks toward improving it, cheapos, and let's make some people have at least a normal app experience.

book through a boswer. It's unnecessary that the app is required for a boarding pass when it's unusable. I booked and modified a flight on the app within the 24 hour grace period. Later, the original departure date was showing for the flight. I had to change the flight again, but pay the fee this time since it was beyond the 24 hour window. It's only 25 dollars, but it's still a very convenient glitch when considering how many people use the airline. you're better off using their wesbite
