I was pleasantly surprised to get a prompt response to my inquiry, even at 10pm in the evening. As with many other companies with a help line they normally respond within a week or later. Sometimes they don’t respond at all. So I was very impressed with a response email within 30 minutes. The instructions given from your service representative was clear and concise and I was able to resolve my problem within minutes. I’m truly impressed. My only other concern is that my Bluetooth signal will periodically fade in and out during the day, even with fully charged batteries. This is a minor inconvenience and not a deal breaker. Thank you again!

You really need to find a fix for this problem. Since the new app my phone keeps disconnecting from the app. Over and over again. I need to restart my phone to reconnect to aids which when receiving a call means I need to disconnect my call. I complained many times when the new app came out but nothing has changed. I have seen only 1 app update in that time although you say you are always updating the app. I have complained to the VA about this many times and they say you will be updating soon . This is nothing new to them. I a due new aids in a few months from them and will not be getting Oticon because of the connection issues. Was told many of my fellow veterans are doing the same. It would behove you to find a fix sooner rather than later. This was my second set of Oticons it’s a shame to need to change brands for this connection issue. Please try to fix. Thank You

When I bought my hearing aids, I had no idea I could turn the sound off while wearing them, instantly. I had fumbled with the buttons on the back. But with opticon, I could turn the sound off completely. Handy in my very noisy car or at work while using a saw to cut open plastic and metal units. I can also turn it back on just as easily, I can also optimize it to hear conversations or podcasts better. Amazing, thanks to the geniuses developing this technology my handicap is almost not noticeable to me. Thank you.
