Love this app! It can be used on a smartphone or smartwatch anywhere there is a cell signal or wi-fi. Extremely convenient and easy to use. Remote start feature and access to stats in the app, give you a quick view of your vehicle information such as: fuel range, tire pressure, status of doors (locked/unlocked). This is a must-have for your Lexus.

Lexus app need to be updated, polished and glitches free. I have been having issues with the app from day 1. It fails to load and freezes. Can't start the car from the car....I have an android phone, I disconnected the VPN, and the app started to work. I shouldn't have to disconnect the VPN, but it's cold outside and I need to warm up my car in the morning. I hope this tip works for you too.

Pretty decent app. I've encountered several issues (mentioned in other reviews). In spite of updated version of the app and 3 brand new key fob batteries installed, I'm still getting the "key fob battery low" warning. Also I agree with others a 10 min start-up isn't long enough. Additionally, sometimes the remote start works from a great distance (once from inside a building 2 parking lots away) and sometimes it won't work when I'm standing 10 feet away just outside my garage. Fix it Lexus!
