The app WAS bad, not very smooth, and had a lot of little mistakes with its functioning, like it was hastily and sloppily made. I just opened the app after a bit and it's gotten quite a bit better and they've fixed it. But whenever I buy things, it never gives me reward points, and I always order online and do pick up! They also don't have the option to put items in the "love-it list" anymore. The list is still there, I just can't add things to it anymore, and I miss that feature a lot!

pretty useless now. it will list items as available for pick up, when you got to complete the order you are suddenly paying more because it's NOT available instore and needs to be shipped. crashes and freezes seem pretty common. Freezing happens way more and is pretty manageable since it's a short hang up but no reason to use the app if it can't tell me proper stock

The updated UI is atrocious! Where is the menu taking us to whichever category were looking for? I don't want to have to search specifically for items...I often found the new stuff by going through the seasonal category or "what's new". Everything looks plain and non branded now, and one item per line while browsing?! Awful, you have to bring back a grid option. Streamlined my foot! So many extra taps required now. And nowhere to send feedback, even on the chat with violet. Gonna shop less now.
