when trying to use the chat feature, the text and related buttons are underneath the navigation bar, meaning you can't really interact with the buttons or edit the text you're entering. while typing you can't even see what you're typing. my nav bar is clear so I can sort of see something underneath. this makes the chat sort of useless to ask a question.

simple and easy process, I was an optician for another eye company a few years ago, so I'm familiar with things and to be honest this is such a wonderful option. I enjoyed picking out my frames because there was no pressure from the sales dept. the things I put on my glasses were the things I myself wanted. I'll let you know the quality and workmanship of my glasses when they arrive. The workmanship and quality are superb. Thanks Zenni I'll never get my glasses from anyone else.

The service itself is pretty awesome. It's so much better than trying to pick things in an eyeglasses store/optician's, where most of the frames just aren't me at all. The app can be a little clunky, and sometimes the try-on feature shows an inaccurate size. Also, the new AR-type try-on camera is cool in theory but in taking my current glasses off, I can't see anything on my phone's screen!
