Since the update, I have to confirm with a code for my email. I absolutely hate this extra step.A username and password should be enough. All I'm doing is loading my shop & earn offers & coupons, for crying out loud. Please eliminate this extra step. It's so frustrating! Thank's for your response. Unfortunately, it wasn't helpful. Sometimes, I log out of the app or log in through the website. In either case, I encounter the same problem, the extra step of entering a code. Change it back please!

I've been grocery shopping doing pickup with Food Lion app & website for a year or more. Recently, I'm having issues with the app and/or the website not allowing me to sign in &/or not connecting the coupons I've clipped and applying them to my cart. Trying logging out and back in to both app& website, now it won't allow me to sign in at all on website, so clipping coupons obviously can't connect & I can't do pickup bc I can't even log in to schedule pick up.

The Food Lion app is a decent tool for grocery shopping, but it could definitely use a refresh. The user interface feels a bit outdated, and a more modern design would make it easier to navigate. Additionally, incorporating some AI features, like personalized recommendations or recipe suggestions, could enhance the user experience.
