This is the worst and slowest food ordering app I have ever downloaded. I literally just tried to hit the place order button like 10 times and it didn't work. I closed the app, tried again, and got the same result. I'm considering never visiting the restaurant again because I am 100 points away from 1000 and a $10 voucher, but the app simply doesn't work. Freddy's isn't even that good to not have a working app. I'll go to McDonald's I guess. At least they have something that works

Lagged responses. Entering order is so slow that it's painfully difficult to complete because you have to wait forever to see if it actually recognizes your selection so you end up tapping more times then required and accidentally make incorrect selections. No issues with any other food apps, just Freddy's. Have to order way ahead of time to make sure your meal is not delayed. *Update, it's been a year and still the same problem with the app. Poor mobile experience.

Logging into the app doesn't always work. Sometimes I have to order from the web because the app won't log me in. But the think that actually stinks about the app is you can't use the drive-thru. So using it makes it less convenient. Also you have to select your drinks and sauce but when you go in they just give you a cup. I'm okay with getting my own drink but I always forget they aren't going to have the sauce in the bag because I assume ordering it on the app was enough.
