Ordering food, a core feature of this app, is such an awful experience. Between having to wait MINUTES just to load in your local location, the food menu scrolling to the top EVERY TIME you go back a menu is absolutely infuriating, and just all around very poor performance. Y'all need to hire a new UX team because this ain't it chief. I've seen highschoolers develop better UX and they're not even being paid. Edit: And half the menu screen real estate being taken up by food they're pushing? Nah.

All I want is an app to quickly order then go pick up. After placing your order a banner briefly pops up to pay, but before you have time to think it over, it disappears, leaving you no apparent way to pay for the order. Going to "Pay" on the app only says you have no gift card, and still leaves no option to pay. (?) Update: Apparently, restarting the app resolves the issue. Whatever. It appears that each time you place an order you will then have to restart the app to pay.

App is HORRIBLE!! Since downloading several years ago, I basically use it to scan at pump and the counter for the bar code to be scanned for the few penny discounts. Just tried viewing the "offerz" but even after all these years and updates, they have yet to figure out how to fit or even have a link to read the details/rules of the offer!And NO landscape You're able to see complete details and rules on the 21+ offers, with links! Can't just do same for the other offers? Extremely frustrating app
