performance_and_bugsTheir handling of the One Piece collab drop was an absolute nightmare. App was constantly crashing, couldn't add things to carts, and then when added, the app would say the item did not exist. Every shoe sold out in my size by the time I could get through the purchasing process, which took nearly half an hour. I stayed up all night, only to live a NIGHTMARE.

Please never buy puma or use their app. It's crashed on me everytime I've tried to order. Kicked me out of my cart from ever loading. And removed all my items. I just wanted shoes. It's wild I can't even get the app to run. Please everyone, you'll have a better experience trying to pay triple the price from a third party. At least there you'll actually be able to purchase a product

performance_and_bugsoffline_functionalityPuma forced us to download the app in order to have a chance at one of their new collections. The app was not ready for the load and all of the product was sold out to scalper bots while the app was giving endless errors and load times to normal people. I don't understand why they would force us to use the app if it isn't stable enough for product launches.
