DSG has a disjointed ecosystem. Signing up to the app uses a username. Signing up online uses an email. Signed up using app, tried to buy something and checkout wants me to checkout as a guest. Went to do it on computer and had to sign up again. Now this leaves me with multiple rewards points card numbers. It needs to be addressed, this shouldn't be an issue for an established company. Also the app needs a whats in store search and display ability pretty significantly.

When I bought a new phone I tried to login. I had forgotten my username and password and received no help recovering them. When I tried to create a new account I didn't get very far. Also the app and the online account DO NOT connect to each other. So this app is worthless. When you can fix all the problems to make the app and a person's online account connect to each other then I'll add it back.

Was 60 points away from a reward. All of a sudden my points are gone. Saying they expired. No where under terms or FAQ's does it say these expire. So now you have my info for your marketing and I have nothing. Updating...did not think they could get worse but did. From them holding my money for 2 weeks for a curbside pickup they chose to not fulfill to now saying my password needs to be reset but literally everything I chose says I used it before. Even when I put in random letters and numbers.
