UPDATE: Still terrible. Lost a release today. U need the app to sign up for a release. But the app fails. 5 reinstalls and notifications failed I need to uninstall and reinstall this app weekly. It's ridiculous. I get one good session and then I get a bunch of error codes thrown at me. Closing the app, force stopping the app, restarting your phone, all do nothing. The crash requires full uninstall and reinstall. This is constant regardless of app updates and has been occurring for over a year.

Hate it
This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Footlocker and the shoes are great. The FLX program is nice. App is Trash. It signs me out when it feels like it. It is constantly telling my verification token is not valid(it's the same single device as always). I have to start orders in app shut it then go online website to finish. I wish I could give it less then a one.

If i could give it zero, i would. The app crashed, and when i went to reopen it, i was told that i was blocked? What kind of "customer service" is this? Terrible terrible terrible. Not the first time ive had problems with them either. I contacted customer support over an issue on my last order and they never replied to me. 🗑️ 🗑️ 🗑️
