Feature RequestsLog InSpendingI keep getting notices that I have no seats when I already paid for and books seats. Now my flight leaves tomorrow and I get a cryptic message saying I need to login and accept the changes - but when I log in it appears it’s the same flight same time - I’m already checked in with seats - there’s nothing different and nowhere to approve the non-changes. Very unsettling. Don’t like the new app at all. Needs fixing.

Customer ServiceFamilyHate itSpendingI wasn’t even able to fly with Volaris on March 30, 2025, at 4:45 PM because they overbooked the flight and canceled two of the three seats I had booked months in advance—one for my brother and one for my sister. When I tried to check in, they allowed me to check in but didn’t let me check in my siblings, instructing me to go to the front desk. When I got there, the agent told me that I, along with my two minor siblings, had been bumped off the flight due to overbooking—this happened three hours before our scheduled departure. To make matters worse, Volaris made no effort to help. They didn’t provide compensation, a hotel stay, food, or any kind of support. I was forced to book a last-minute flight with another airline for the next day since there were no available flights that same night. This cost me over $2,000, plus an extra $100 for food and drinks while I had to stay up all night and all day at the airport. We were stranded there for over 14 hours, and during this time, both of my siblings suffered from dehydration due to the lack of proper rest and resources. The lack of professionalism and customer service from Volaris was beyond frustrating. This was my first experience with them, and it will definitely be my last. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Volaris.

As a frequent flyer, V.Pass holder and INVEX CARD 2.0 I expected a minimum level of professionalism and reliability—but what I encountered was frustrating, inefficient, and unacceptable. The app is unreliable and often fails to function properly when I need it most. It crashes frequently, loads slowly, and doesn’t provide accurate or up-to-date flight information. Booking or managing flights is unnecessarily complicated, and notifications are either delayed or never arrive. Worse than the app is the complete lack of support from your customer service team. Getting assistance is nearly impossible either on WhatsApp, phone or email. Response times are excessive, and when I do get a reply on WhatsApp, it’s generic and unhelpful. Agents seem either unwilling or unable to resolve basic issues, leaving me stuck without solutions and hang up on me when I try to ask for a supervisor. Also, some of the customer service reps English is not sufficient enough for English speaking customers. They either mumble or you can’t understand what they are trying to say. I’ve been patient, but this experience has pushed me to my limit. If Volaris wants to retain loyal customers, major improvements are needed—starting with treating customers like they matter.
