watch out if you try to cancel your membership, or if you used the trial and cancelled. they don't stop payments even though you cancel. like most of these subscriptions, you have to raise hell to get them to stop. they're all desperate for a dollar. had to file BBB complaint because they only use AI for customer service, and we'll, AI isn't that great when it can't even read. skip this. it's got too many technical problems for the price they charge, better programs are out there.

This does not have any sort of tracking features for parents to log into a portal and view progress. I contacted support and they marked the issue as resolved before even getting a response back from me. The app has bugs such as the different sections remaining playing in the background with the audio overlapping the different tabs they access so they can't hear what is going on and it bogs up the performance of the device. Better options out there that have tracking for way less money.

I have a complaint: I can't get onto Abcmouse 2! It always says "looks like there's been connectivity issues" please help. I have already checked the internet connection and its fine.
