Chick-fil-A One® Members can receive points with qualifying purchases, redeem
available rewards of your choice and reach new tiers with increasing benefits.
1. Find restaurants - Find Chick-fil-A® restaurants near you while searching from home
or out and about.
2. Order Ahead – Place your order through your phone and pay, choose your preferred
pick-up method, and let us know when you arrive.
3. Receive points – Receive points with every qualifying purchase by scanning your QR
code in the Chick-fil-A® App, paying with your Chick-fil-A One digital gift card, or placing
mobile orders at participating Chick-fil-A® restaurants.
4. Redeem rewards – Use your points to redeem available rewards of your choice,
including: free food rewards, birthday rewards, meal donations and more.
5. Personalized menu – We’ll remember what you like and – even better – how you like
it.

BugsHate itLog InLiterally, and I do mean literally, I cannot login to my account after redownloading the app. Every single time I attempt it tells me I cannot, and then goes to a black screen when I try again. This proceeds in a loop, and all I wanted to do was grab a free sandwich after doing the survey thing. Thanks for the wasted space tho, that was nice....

DifficultHate itUpdatesNew update is bad design, took a great user interface and made it more difficult to use. Instead of all the options being easy to see and select, you have to pick the right tab and scroll to find what you want. Also impossible to edit things after you add a meal to order but before checking out, can't change what drink you want for example. Should revert the design and functionality back to how it was previously.

BugsHate itLog InNetworkthis app sucks because it's so inconsistent. you can't log in on a VPN and even if you drop your VPN, you'll get an error stating that you're having trouble logging in please sign in with a different account. but you never get an option to choose an account to sign in with. totally broken. it's a server-side problem because you can uninstall the app clear cache and clear storage and still have the same problem
