They have made it impossible to cancel their subscription once purchased. The customer service department only responds every few days via Facebook message. If you attempt to contact any other way there is no response. When they do they give you instructions to do things in the app that don’t exist to prolong the subscription. They also refuse to cancel it for you. Absolute nightmare of an experience with this app. Save your time and money and just go buy a remote these people are criminals.

DO NOT download this at all. Here’s the story: so currently I cannot find my roku remote. I use hotspot on my tv bc I haven’t gotten Wi-Fi yet. So my tv gets cut off the internet when my hotspot turns off or when I turn it off. Every app I’ve downloaded says I need to have my tv connected to the same internet as my phone to use the universal mobile remote… how am I gonna do that when I can’t find my remote to connect my tv to the hotspot 😡😡. This is the only app I found where I didn’t need to have both my phone and tv connected to the same internet to use it. In conclusion… u have to pay for this app to use a SINGLE button on it. RIDICULOUS SCAMMERS!

I really don’t see why you have to pay for this it’s literally a remote and every button I click I have to pay but sometimes people can’t pay cause they are children and don’t have a job but just want to have something that they can have but I dont like how they are charging me for EVERY button I click like you could just at least let us do the up down left right and ok button and I’m sure it works fine but I will never know cause I’m not paying for this
