Honestly one of the worst baby monitors i have ever owned. We have has nothing but issues from the start and only use it as a back up because of being able to access the cameras outside of the home and even that is unreliable. More often than not, the cameras drop connectivity and it is not related to the internet given we have high speed fiber optic. There are times with the base where the screen just goes black and the only way I can get it to reset is by unplugging and letting it die.

I used the app about 2 years ago it was working fine. I started using the baby monitoring app again recently and at first it was fine, then it started asking me to grant permission for pictures and videos which I did multiple times, but each time I go back to use the app the same prompt comes up even to the point that I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still had the same issues. I don't know what else to do at this point but delete the app completely.

Ever since I bought the skyvision pro ai I've had nothing but issues. I've tried for over a month to connect my camera to the app so I can use all the features I bought it for, and it won't connect. I can no longer get it to connect to the basic parent unit. I have a $200 decoration with zero ability to monitor my newborn. Technical support is an email option only and doesn't respond. It's been an awful experience with this monitor and company.
