InappropriateWaitingIf you’re already familiar with the drug they’re prescribing then this service is great. I moved away from my hometown and my psychiatrist couldn’t prescribe my meds if I lived in a different state than where she is licensed. So it was very convenient for me to hop on HERS and get a prescription very quickly without all the bells and whistles as when I went the traditional route, it took almost 2 months for my doctor to diagnose me and write a prescription. With that being said, after 2 months, I was very informed about the drug I was being prescribed and was confident that it would work because my doctor took the time to get to know me and listen to what I needed. So I’m not sure how this App can just issue psychiatric medication to ppl who’ve never been assessed by a professional in depth and may have no experience with these types of drugs. In a nutshell, it was great for me because I know what I’m getting into and pretty much just needed a refill but to someone who’s completely new to medication, it runs the risk of being a little sketchy.

ConfusingCustomer ServiceDifficultInappropriateSpendingThe “doctors” hired by this app do not properly explain the risk or side effects or give reasonable information for the drugs they are prescribing. You will most likely get a diagnosis that an in clinic doctor would not have given you. This is because this is functioning as sole for profit industry that does not have your well-being or healthcare in mind. They are selling a subscription service which is not made very clear. Furthermore there is not proper. Follow up through your “doctor” to tell if the prescribed medication is working for you so they will send you an order that you did not approve of. They do the thing that when you try to cancel your subscription they prompt you with many windows and the “cancel subscription” button is buried at the bottom of the window, not as an obvious hyperlink in the hopes that you’ll get confused and not actually cancel your subscription. You’re very dubious practices. They also make it very difficult to get a hold of customer service. If you call there will be no one available to take it will be suggested that you start messaging via their app or website, but if you go to, either of those places, there’s no way of initiating messaging other than via email. When I tried to cancel an order that (I didn’t not approve) was still in process and did not even have a tracking number associated with it I was told they would not be able to, and when I said that I will refuse the parcel from USPS customer service simply ghosted me.

I put in a time for a reminder to log my daily intakes and I can’t change the time from am to pm? So it’s requesting me to log for that same day at 8am and I haven’t even started my day yet. Also you can’t go back to see or edit anything from the previous days in case you did forget to log your daily progress. It would help if you had it set up where you can not only view your weigh in progress but your water, protein, sleep and movement. And the sliding scale should be number related instead so that people can be more honest with themselves and actually see the progress they have been making with their eating, exercising, water and sleep. Maybe give options on the movement (walk, bike, weights) as well as protein (red meat, fish, chicken, pork) The app is great for information and additional training but taking such a big step I think people want to be held accountable and be able to actually see where their progress is going not only on the scale but in everything else. I have to use another app to log all that stuff in right now because I can’t change anything on this app. Just a suggestion but I think you would see a whole lot more people logging in their health and fitness more actively.
