Feature RequestsHate itSpendingThe app is great but their support sucks. I do all of my work myself DIY. I DO NOT NEED A SUBSCRIPTION. I just needed a scanner that works great without a subscription. The reason for the low rating is. I tried to cancel my subscription via the app. They offered me a 67% off the subscription cost, but they still billed me at full cost of $99.00 for the year instead of giving me my 67% off of the subscription cost. So I decided to cancel it and get my refund. You cannot trust this company.
