performance_and_bugsWorks pretty good if you have an American passport, but the app is very buggy when you have to enter in a passport from another country, or a Permanent Residents Card. It asks for the card, but then tells you to take a photo of the passport. On one screen, you take the photo but then can't submit it because there is no button. I tried numerous times to check in my wife's passport and at one point it looked like it was processing; then it threw an error message.

performance_and_bugsupdates_and_maintenanceI tried checking in for my flight no fewer than six times and kept getting 'looped' out unsuccessfully. I rebooted my phone, tried again, and got the same results, so I abandoned the app and checked in via the website. I have NEVER had this issue before. FWIW: App showed me having a connecting flight in SFO, which I do not. Perhaps a glitch with the 9/4 update? 🤔 I'm happy to help if I can. Call if more info is needed.

"something went wrong" I can log in on the web browser, but not through the app. 9/6/34 update: there have been at least 2 app updates and I STILL cannot log in through the app. I even called & was told they'd notify their tech department and to try again in a few hours... days have past and it still doesn't work. 3-5 minutes of a spinning "please wait" for it to pop up "we're sorry. something went wrong".
