Great support. Have booked hotels and flights through them multiple times with no issues. We had a delayed flight resulting in a missed connection to a small airport, luckily we purchased travel insurance. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone with the support person and had a full refund on the way by the end of the call. I was impressed with the service and very grateful considering the situation was very stressful!

I'm deleting app. Paid for a week car rental that I showed up to use only to be told there is a mileage cap and car could not be driven out of state. 3 of the Hopper terms and the facility terms did not line up. Hopper customer service was so useless they refused to confirm this with the facility or give me the call back i was told I would get after whenever they decided to call them. Was not able to use the car to visit my family for Christmas. Thanks for nothing. I tried already Developer. 👎

Great App. I've planned two trips using Hopper and have had nothing but good experiences from booking flight, rental cars, and hotels. Simple to use. One feature I'd like to see added is a way to tell what aircraft you are booking when selecting flights. However, that's not a huge deal. I just am interested in aviation and curious about the plane. Overall a great app, and if you travel on a regular basis this is probably the best one to use for booking purposes. Super simple to use.
