BugsFeature RequestsHate itWell, you've done it bank of Hawaii. You're a new app is not only extremely slow, but it is extremely cumbersome. What used to take a single button click or maybe two now takes three or four when making mobile deposits I have to confirm the confirmation. How ridiculous is this? Furthermore when I used to open the app just to have a quick check of my checking account balance it may take 5 to 10 seconds. Now it takes longer for the app to upload and show me my balance every button click I met with the loading circle. Absolutely maddening I wish there was a way to go back to the old app. This new app is horrible.

Customer ServiceDeviceFeature RequestsHate itI have called Bank of Waze many times actually about the mobile app and how it doesn’t show a running balance on either my iPad or my iPhone and so it’s very frustrating but of late it doesn’t even come up so something‘s faulty and it’s very irritating because I’m permanently disabled and the drive to Pukalani to my bank is you know first of all it cost money for gas and secondly, you know it’s not something I can do all the time Depends on you know my physical health at the moment so please I’m gonna drive in today and I think I should uninstall the mobile app but you guys stop the customer before they can get to anywhere they have to download the mobile app I mean it feels like highway robbery. Nobody should have to do anything. I’ve been with the bank of Hawaii for 30 years or moreso I’d appreciate a callback from a customer service person to advise me on what to do next I never have a running balance on that app now I can’t even the app doesn’t even work all right thank you

BugsHate itLove itSpendingUpdatesI have tried to rely upon Bank of Hawaii for basic services, checking my account balance and trying to withdraw. I couldn’t even get that. I can’t access my bank account through their app (I know there has been an update, I have the new one, and it worked for all of a couple days until I really needed it) nothing but a blank screen with empty boxes and red explanation points. I stick my ATM card at their own banks machine and keep having issues with my card..for what??? You show all my info with valid funds on the screen and my bank app(when it was functional) you still tell me there’s a problem??! I missed saying goodbye to a loved one because you couldn’t allow me to access funds I had and couldn’t transfer to pay for my ride. Screw you guys I’ll be walking in to close my account this following week. I don’t understand why my cards frozen but totally working at the same time, and why you won’t allow me to sign into my account! I’m devastated and disappointed. Shame on you BOH
