The app needs a lot of work. I have never had so much trouble with a food app. As yours. Love the deals if I could only get what I order. As far as enjoying the food I do. If I wasn't bed ridden, I probably wouldn't mess with app. I usually have an order every Sunday. Thought it was me, so I had someone else Friday, place my order. Still didn't get my correct food. Why isn't biscuits and gravy on the mobile app. I have been a faithful customer thru the chili episode, continue to eat it.

Charged me 2 times! I went to order from the app and had my food in my cart before I arrived to pick it up. When I arrived, I paid for it on the app, but then went back by clicking 'edit' to make sure my food was correct. Thinking that my order didn't process fully since it didn't show up in the order history, I went to click pay again. After getting my food, I checked my bank account, and they charged me 2 times for the same item! Don't have the 'edit' option there if it doesn't work properly!

difficult to use checkout. i uses pop ups, redirects, and greys out the checkout button, even glitching so that you need to change the number of an item ordered so that it will update itself and allow you to checkout. dont forget to return the item ordered back to its original number. major pain. its like using the dennys app from a year ago.
