After using this app for a long while now, I can tell you that more often than not, the app does NOT accurately identify your location and will send your order to the wrong store (in another city!) if you are not super diligent about checking before submitting payment. The stores are individually owned/run which means there isn't a request refund option in the app, you have to call the store where the order was placed to explain and request a refund. Love the cookie & people, hate the app!!!!

Changing to 2 stars. It was working fine, until two days ago, when I tried to order and it just wouldn't load. It kept giving me errors and wouldn't place the order. Turns out, I got charged twice and still haven't been refunded. The order never even went through, and y'all charged me! Twice! Now, I have to waste time and go to my bank to dispute the charges.

Easy to order and smooth app, HOWEVER I tried to do an order to a location near me but instead it located the location near me it put it somewhere far within my state. Another thing is for some reason placing an order and NOT hitting the "im here" option exit out the app it will automatically hit "I'm here". The app keeps refreshing every time you exit the app. im forced to head to a store that is far away from me.
