After using this app for a long while now, I can tell you that more often than not, the app does NOT accurately identify your location and will send your order to the wrong store (in another city!) if you are not super diligent about checking before submitting payment. The stores are individually owned/run which means there isn't a request refund option in the app, you have to call the store where the order was placed to explain and request a refund. Love the cookie & people, hate the app!!!!

Easy to order and smooth app, HOWEVER I tried to do an order to a location near me but instead it located the location near me it put it somewhere far within my state. Another thing is for some reason placing an order and NOT hitting the "im here" option exit out the app it will automatically hit "I'm here". The app keeps refreshing every time you exit the app. im forced to head to a store that is far away from me.

The Crumbl app runs smoothly and allows me to quickly place orders for either pickup or delivery. I also love that it updates each week with a new menu and includes more detailed information about each dessert, like nutritional content, descriptions, etc. There's lots of different ways to earn rewards points too, which is nice. Additionally, I absolutely adore that this app includes a cookie journal to keep track of all your favorites and when they'll be available again.
