Most of the posts are about the same thing, you can't write comments that aren't longer than two paragraphs, and the comments writing process is awful because of the way the word limit pops up. Seriously the way that the comments writing system works is enough to make me never want to go back. I often use dictation and if your dictation is too long, it will just delete the whole thing! who coded this app a toddler? On a social app you would think your main priority would be to actually have a comment system that worked and didn't make you retype deleted comments all the time unless that's your sneak way of getting engagement either way it is something that will give people rage issues fyi. The app is run by Christians, but they are too foolish to realize that their guidelines make it so you can't even talk about the Bible as it is so vulgar. This also means that you can't really talk about much at all because they deem most things unacceptable so they will delete your comments without warning and with no way of asking for a repeal. all it takes is one offended Christian and they will try to report everything on your account and as far as I can tell lemon8 doesn't even check the report as I have said completely mild things that just don't agree with Christianity and I've had my comments deleted.

I love this app a lot and even met some now close friends on there. So first I was wonder why your disabling dms and how long it will be for and personally I think there’s no point is disabling it. Now for some suggestions. First I think you should make it an option for everyone in settings to have dms off or disabled so not everyone has to not message people when they want too. Second and me and a friend I met on here think that when dms are available again (or if you take my first suggestion) you could make it so you make group chats on the app. I met a lot of people and we all want to message eachother on the app but for those who have strict parents or feel safer not giving their real number having it on the app seems like a better idea. I absolutely love this app it’s perfect! I love to post stuff but can never find the right platform lemon8 is so easy to post on and there’s so many informational videos on how to do just about anything! I was looking for acrylic nail inspo and I looked it up on lemon8 and omg! It let me sort into what I wanted by color and shape and omg!!! I finally found a nail design that I wanted in like one second on lemon8! It made it so easy! On every other app I have been trying to find a perfect nail design and it was so annoying because it never let me sort the nails into what I wanted. But I will say I had a problem in the beginning even tho I was of age to get the app it would not let me in so I deleted and redownloaded and put in a random birthday saying like 1930 I think but it still wouldn’t let me in and that’s plenty of age. So I emailed them and they got right back to me the next day and fixed the problem so now I have this amazing app!!!!
