You can cancel sending messages on Instagram, but you can't do it with this app. I want you to be able to cancel sending messages because you will be careful if you send the wrong content. The 2 point is that I want you to be able to edit the details of the picture in the profile column. If you upload it once, you won't be able to edit it, and it will take a lot of time and effort not to raise it again. The 3 point is that I want you to create an intermediary system when you suddenly can't get in touch with the host who sent me with the accept. After reaching out to your customer service, I found their response extremely disappointing. 1. Without my confirmation, my account and email were modified. Who gave your support team the authority to alter data without customer approval during email communication? 2. The handling of the situation was very poor, and your customer service team was extremely unprofessional. They failed to address several key questions I raised, often responding with a dismissive “I understand.” I can't imagine how they would handle a genuine security issue. 3. Many hosts are facing similar situations: even those with over a hundred hosting experiences report on forums that it takes more than a week to recover their accounts when they are suddenly lost. Since 2020, your team has started charging fees for everyone, yet I see no improvement in your service. Instead, there's an evident arrogance towards long-time users. Keep this up, and you'll drive away all passionate hosts.
