This app takes sooooo long to load! Like, obscenely long! I often just give up! It also FORCES updates and denies access to your account without them, which I hate. When the app isn't updated, I'm locked out until I install the update. But when the entire reason you're needing the app is because of issues with WiFi connectivity, there's no WiFi to facilitate the update! The entire app is just more trouble than it's worth!

For the Samsung and Roku experience using the spectrum TV app. I hate using using the Samsung remote for the spectrum TV and they don't make it universal remote friendly because the use of the back button. Wish they were on Google TV TVs and LG TVs because they have better remotes than Samsung. Roku is fine but still wish the app could be use without needing the back button to work like Netflix and HBO Max. Also, the app don't highlight what shows are new. I have to Google them.

I haven't been able to monitor and control who and what devices are connected to my wifi. I've deleted and re-downloaded this app 4 times no changes spoke with a customer service rep they were able to see what devices was connected on their end but I couldn't see nothing on my end. was on the phone with them almost one hr. amd they couldn't fix the problem. was told to give it till the next day. i waited 3 days before checking my app hoping for changes yet it's still the same very disappointed.
