The app constantly logs me out so that my "VPN on" shortcut in my drop down doesn't work until manually go back and log in. Also, usually when I do go back to log in, I find find it's stuck on the "Disconnecting..." page and never moves. I have to force stop the app through the Android app settings (and usually clear the cache) to get it to start up from a usable page. Otherwise, the VPN locations seem to work as intended, but overall it's more clunky than I'd like at times.

I first heard about Hotspot Shield VPN from my friends, and it has been quite useful for playing restricted games like Roblox at school. However, there are some downsides. The VPN can sometimes load incredibly slowly, and there are days when it just doesn't work at all. Additionally the Premium version doesn't seem to offer much of an improvement over the free account. Overall, it's a decent tool, but it definitely has its drawbacks.

Nothing but trouble on my Chromebook. Complete PITA, can't even load the web-based help with the VPN set to on. Support is an actual joke, no ability to even chat with a human being or get access to anything other than a list of possible issues - which by the way - do not solve the issues. Paid for the premium version, got hosed so far...
