While I really like th concept of this app and service, the fact the the venu can override it is crazy. I selected a couple of the songs while everyone else was as well, only for the venu to then decide they were not going to run the service and play an in house DJ. Then the app listed my songs as having been played. I reach out to them and they refunded me less than 1/4 of the credits I used. I won't be using this junk again.

App is fine but the Customer Service is garbage. One day I logged on and was told I needed to change my username. I reviewed the fine print and found nothing wrong other than... they can do what they want. I reached out in numerous emails asking what happened. Never got a response. Pretty shady. It was a great username "flyeaglesfly".

Lol. Taking away fast passes for international icons and everyone else who spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars to get there. You know, other apps like Ultimate Guitar became a monthly subscription, but they still grandfathered in the people who bought it was a one-time purchase. Yall couldn't even grandfather in the people in the top tier? Instead, just, reduce us to the level of every other person whether they spent hundreds of dollars on this or not? What a slimy move. 0 stars.
