The app would not send me a password reset email, even though I definitely have an account, so I can't get back into my account. Hopefully this gets fixed because the guest account is not great either. If you decide to make a change to the pickup type (inside or drive through), everything you've entered is cleared from the form (contact info and payment), so you have to re-enter everything.

terrible. you can't redeem points/rewards because it always says you didn't pick an eligible item first, even tho I tried every single item just to find an eligible item. apparently none are. dumb. sending feedback is hard and contacting them is impossible. there's always something else that isn't allowed or isn't there or isn't right. I'm not going to bother trying to order in app or web anymore.

I've always had issues with this app, tried doing a delivery order and when I pressed "checkout" it just went to a loading screen, got a notification from my bank the transaction went through, and then the DQ app just went back to the checkout screen. Called the location I ordered from and they said they didn't get any order from me. Not happy.
