    With much of international travel this app became indispensable for me. Yes, you would need to follow instructions thoroughly, and it often includes a certain level of hardship. Yes, instructions aren’t always as clear as I would like and lack practical examples of behavior patterns. But if you do it all right, the results will amaze you.

    全く時差ボケになりませんでした。全て指示通り完璧に実践する必要はないとアプリにも書いてあり、どうしても従うのが難しい場合も少しだけでもその行動を取り入れさえすれば、しっかりと効果が得られます。 初回は無料だったのですが、次回からも絶対に課金して使いたいと思うアプリです。

    Customer Service

    Doesn’t really work between long trips like East Coast to Tokyo. Had me staying up over 40 hours straight with coffee in order to adjust. Grok does it better. I did contact customer service. A guy called Jacob said “stick with it”, “trust the algorithm”. “There’s a 6-hour window in the 40hour plan in which to take a 20min nap if you’re tired”.
