If zero or even negative stars were allowed that would still be too good for this horrible app. There is absolutely no product or app support and very simply, the app DOES NOT WORK!! I can't even begin to list all of the problems - let's just say that the only feature that works is the login screen. How long it takes is a different story. And forget anything past that.

I have become more familiar with this program and I have solved some of the issues I had with the help of the support team who are very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I hope to improve the video timeline. It stops and starts missing several seconds sometimes. My upload and download speeds are pretty good and the cameras are not very far from the router so it's a bit aggregating that it continues to be a problem. I can recommend the system with reservations. For the cost it's pretty good.

Overall the app is ok. The camera quality is great. My issue is that I often have major issues even getting access to the app. It won't open. Ask me to login. Takes forever, doesn't log in & then it says server timed out. This last for hours. It is very frustrating with the frequency it happens. UPDATE: The app doesn't play live without it freezing or the app crashing completely. It is extremely inconvenient & quite annoying. I have three cameras & they consistently say timed out.
