The new app is awful! I used to be able to turn on and sync multiple lights in groups. Everything was great and govee was the brand I recommended to everyone. Now they've changed the app and the group features are all messed up. Changing the colors of a group changes one light entirely and only 1 segment of the second light in the room, customization is no longer intuitive and is clogged up with more buttons that do less things.

They used to have a feature where you could change all your lights to one scene type with 1 tap, with a bunch of already made pre-sets, and the latest update removed it. You now have to set every light manually. It's exhausting, I'm never buying govee again. Edit: thier reply means nothing. None of those are the feature I'm referring to. They had presets, those are gone, it's all manual now

Love these bulbs, they are through out my whole house. But, the new update isn't working, and customer service hasn't been helpful at all, which is not normal with This company. I have created a card under shortcuts for group controls. The problem is, the bulbs won't connect under these cards. One or 2 will, but rarely all. This was never a problem in previous app versions. And it takes forever for them to connect. I find using 3rd party apps like Google Home works better! Please fix!
