the app wont let me add or change seats, add bagage or anythign else. You have no easy customer service contact info, you literally have no way for customers to make changes or get help unless their flight is about to leave. That is often too late! GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS! You claim to have cheaper flights but its no longer worth it. Terrible business. Shameful. Just curious who rates this app or this company above one or maybe two stars I am curious how got it to work so good!

I purchased the ECON bundle, which included Change flight option. I needed to change me flight 2days before, and it would give me an error. there is no live customer support to help. the chat box only sent me a link to "change flight" but the error persisted. I had to cancel my flight, lose money and book a new one. terrible customer service. no way to contact ppl

When I get to a screen during check-in, The one that says we recommend you upgrade your seat at check-in, it fills the screen and doesn't allow my pixel 7 to find the yes/ No/ disregard tab. I'm updated to the latest version so it's clearly a bug of some sort. But now I can't check in for my flight using my phone. Good times...
