UPDATE 4/21/25 EVEN WORSE THAN MY FIRST REVIEW. THIS APP IS TRASH. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $8 A MONTH. This app isn't all that great. I think it worked better when it was free. Half the time it takes more than one try to get the car to start.. or the app will show it's started.. even count down the time... But when I go to leave... The car didn't actually start 🤷🏼‍♀️ like what's the point

when it works correctly, It's a very convenient feature. But it rarely connects my phone to the car correctly the first time. It does get there eventually though. I'm listed as the primary user in the computer but it almost always preloads my husband's and he's not even in the car. those hiccups aside though, it's nice being able to lock your car remotely if you forgot.

For an app that requires you to pay $80/ yr for basic remote services, I expect much better. Problems: useless notifications for opening/unlocking the when you haven't even left your car yet. Tell me if I walk away! Or make auto-lock an option! Shows active notifications even though all are read. Makes you resign in too often. Find last location doesn't always update. Toyota Financial services doesn't show any basic details about the loan, just takes payments. Too many glitches. Do better!
