全く使えないアプリでガッカリです。 位置情報が更新さらず、リアルタイム検索も1度たりとも成功したことが有りません。 意味のない無駄だないアプリです。

FURTHER UPDATE & RESPOSE TO DEVELOPERS REPLY I have contacted you both by email and also through your app on numerous occasions. All I ever get from you is an automated reply. Nobody reads my message I have now had to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued which takes 10 days and is the sole responsibility of you the developer. I have sent copies of the invoice that you gave me. I have also sent copies of my bank statement showing how much you overcharged me. On each and every occasion you have ignored my emails or my queries on your webpage. I repeat that all you seem to do send out an automated response. This is backed up by other people who make the same complaint. I will now publish on here the invoice you sent me plus the section from my bank statement showing you overcharging. I think it’s a disgrace that Apple allows you to advertise your application for download on its site. I have now found a way to communicate directly with them out with this app and will be doing so immediately I took out a short subscription for $4.99 for which I received an invoice by email. However, when I checked my card statement I was charged $41.77. I sent an email back asking to cancel my subscription and heard nothing . I don’t understand how they can charge me 10 times as much . Has anyone else suffered from this scam? UPDATE & WARNING I received an automated response to my emails . My complaint along with attachments was not read. It seems that the only way that you can get any resolution from this company is to take legal action against them, which is my intention from now . It is incredible that the company like this will allow itself to get into litigation for such a small amount of money . It is poor customer service not to reply to complaints and this is a warning to everyone to be wary of this company and companies offering the same type of service

I’m very disappointed with this app. I was charged even though I never used the service. Worst of all, the Cancel Subscription button they mention doesn’t even exist, so I couldn’t stop it myself. This is completely unfair, and they refused to refund my money despite me not using the app at all. I’ve seen many other users experiencing the same issue. Be careful before subscribing!
