The app just doesn't work. It won't let me log in. It tells me my account doesn't exist or that I entered an incorrect email or password. I am able to log in just fine on the webpage in my web browser. Another issue the app has is searching for items. If I'm searching for dog food, it tells me there are no search results. I selected the deal icon for the July deals, and it tells me there are no search results. If I can't login and I can't search for products, what can I do? PLEASE FIX IT PLEASE!

What happened? I used to love this app. I haven't been able to place an order for almost 2 months. When I get to check-out, it tells me "can't process payment" It doesn't matter what card I use. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still have the same issue. The app offers promos that you don't get when you shop in person. the points/promos are the only reason I shop at PetSmart. If I can't use those there is no point shopping here because they're more expensive than quite a few places

There always seems to be some glitch that makes it frustrating. Either issues checking out, or quantities are never correct. Pretty much every order I've made through the app for pickup in store has not been complete. I don't know if this is a store issue where they don't do inventory correctly, or? But I never get everything I order, which then messes w/the perk points I apply to the order. Today I applied $6 to the order, two items got removed & so it only applied $4.85 to the order. Annoying.
