This golf game is excellent, a very accurate simulation, and certainly is worthy of playing even if you are a serious golfer! That being said, this game is not an arcade game by any means, but it still needs to have some of the same accoutrements! For example, there should be a third person mode! In addition, there also should be fully defined tournaments in various Pro-Am and professional levels!

I gave it 4 stars because you don't have to pay to play with your in-game money... but the mechanics of the game aren't there. You hit the ball twords the top to keep the ball low and make it roll a ways. You hit the ball at the bottom, and it should pop up, be more subject to wind, and drop on your target with little roll... It's just not how the game works. Every shot comes into green like a rocket... regardless of how the ball is hit.

Anyone saying this isn't an arcade game is out of their minds, as that's exactly what this is. The physics of the game with no modifiers is slightly realistic, but still considerably off. All the weird clubs, balls, etc that it's completely dependent on given the wildly fake courses turns it into the style of arcade game we've all come to expect. Too obnoxious with the constant "rewards" and push to buy stuff, this game is just l a time sucker made to empty your wallet.
