ANALYTICS

You can opt-in to send analytics back to Beats in the app. Analytics are designed to protect your information and enable you to choose what you share. Apple collects analytics information about your Beats app and your Beats products, such as the device software versions, device rename occurrences, and device update success and fail rates, in order to improve the product.

None of the collected information identifies you personally. The information collected will only be used by Apple to improve the quality and performance of the Beats app as well as Beats products.

This is an expensive piece of garbage. I'm never spending money on a beats headset again. It's always disconnecting and difficult to pair back with my android phone. Lately, the battery discharges completely once I take the headphones out of the casing and immediately replace them back. I don't recommend. Even my cheap headset still works and I bought it long before beats.

I have power beats pro and a beats pill. Those still work and connect to my phone, but just recently the app won't open at all. It just keeps force closing when I click on it. And even a message sometimes pops up at the bottom of the phones saying the beats app stopped working and will close. It used to be a nice app to see the battery level of the connected headphones or speaker.

Disconnects Soo Frequently. Got these 2022 and they've served me well. But since 2025 they disconnect ever so frequently with a sound as if battery is dead, yet battery still near full. Other than that, battery life is still pretty good. I can wear each earbud over 7 hours at over 50% remaining battery life. I use an android phone and connect directly without the app. Just recently I've noticed an error message that my device no longer supported, but they still work
