Every update causes it to stop working!!! It used to be ok, but slow to update. Now it doesn't work. Last update I got a blank screen despite repeatedly unistalling and re-installing it. Then they fixed it. 4 months later another update. now it closes everything I try to sign in. very frustrating since our school requires kids use it

I have been using this app for 3 years and all of a sudden one afternoon I went to open it and it won't even open any longer. spent 30 minutes on the phone with fwcs IT, they couldn't help me. Took my phone to my provider they did a few things and weren't able to figure out what was going on. This app really needs an update to fix all the bugs. not having this application on my phone is a major inconvenience. it's a great app when it works. but unfortunately I've done all the troubleshooting.

This app doesn't seem to function at all anymore. I open the app to catch up on my grades without my computer, but that's not possible. It just loads and loads and loads without end every time despite nothing wrong with WiFi. I have no access to my grades on this app whatsoever. (plus my grades would never update) I used to not have any problems. What happened?!
