Hate itLog InHorrible. I wish I could use the app. I've reset my password 5 times. I have to uninstall the app to look at the website otherwise the app causes the site to crash. I can't log in to get my points when I'm trying to make reservations. It's been this way for months. I stay at other chains because of this headache but my next trip has only HI at the destination. How have you not fixed this horrible app 2 years of nothing but isses. Negative stars if I could.

Great hotel options. I honestly just wish the points were a little better. To redeem a night with IHG, it costs a good amount of points, a lot more than you're getting for a long stay. It doesn't really add up. I stay in hotels, because of my job, about 250 nights a year. Honestly, the best hotel app for points and rewards is Hilton, but I've NEVER had an issue with an IHG room.

Hate itLog InThe app is not responsive. When I go to use the keyboard on the phone, the app does not repagenate so that I can see what I am inputting. Because the keyboard slides up from the bottom, it will slide over the field on typing in and I can't see what I'm typing. This is particularly frustrating when trying to reset a password. It also happens when you try to use the chat bot. Do a little user experience research on your app and you will find all of the frustrations built into your app.
