Downloaded the app, but it won't take any form of payment. I tried 3 different credit cards, including Google payments. Took about 10 minutes of fumbling before I just paid by card at the meter. What a world app, when there is always an error adding a payment method. Had a 2nd person try too...same issue. I think the app is dead.

This app has a lot of issues. It's the only payment accepted by our commuter rail network so I have to use it for my commute. Every month I get a bill for missed payment, sometimes for multiple days in a week. I'll accept that I may forget one day on occasion but multiple days in a row? Absolutely not. I get stuck paying a surcharge because my payment isn't going through, even though I wait for the confirmation screen to appear before closing the app. It's very frustrating.

won't let me register no matter how many times I restart and try to use different methods. Won't even let me continue as guest. Keep getting error "sorry something went wrong, please try again". Now I can't park and go to the activity I had planned downtown. My fault for not having coins with me, but this is super frustrating.
