Do not subscribe to this service under any circumstances. I accidentally paid for an annual subscription instead of a monthly one and requested a cancellation and refund immediately. This process took less than an hour, and I did not use the service even once after subscribing. However, the company refused to issue a refund, citing their policy that does not allow refunds if there are no defects in the product. This service does not tolerate even a single mistake. Their customer service was also extremely unhelpful. After receiving a response saying they would look into it, I did not hear back for a week. When I followed up, I finally received a reply stating that a refund was not possible. I hope that anyone reading this review avoids making the same mistake and losing money. This is how they make their money. Despite never using the service, I didn’t receive even a 1% refund for the annual subscription.
