Buggy piece of junk. Great app when you can get through an order without a single error message, which is rare. I have been using it at least once a week for this past year, and nothing has improved. EDIT (2025): yeah, here I am again, when the app works it's mostly good, though not the smoothest, but for the past couple weeks it just gets stuck in a loading screen once I log in, despite my doing a full reinstall. Still a buggy piece of junk.

Horrible, not only is the app terrible and crashes repeatedly. but the customer service options is non existent. was served rancid food, and the best resolution is that someone will email you later. When asking when they would reach out, i was blocked. Don't use this app, but most importantly, don't go to the store.

At the end of submitting a delivery order, I tried to select a Tip for the driver. When I would go to complete the order, I got an error: "Your order total was incorrect." I tried several times, backed out and resubmitted, and kept getting the same error. Eventually I tried raising the Tip to a higher amount and the order went through no problem. This may be a bug but it comes across as manipulative.
